About Our Staff

Meet the Team

Denise J. Boisvert, President Starting her own retirement planning company eight years ago. Denise is dedicated to educating retirees and pre-retirees on the ever changing laws and strategies that are important to maintaining a healthy retirement portfolio. Additionally, Denise entered the College Funding business after witnessing too many clients use their retirement savings to put their children and grandchildren through college. In addition to being a Retirement Planning and College Funding Specialist, she holds state regulated producer licenses in MA, RI and SD. Denise is a local business leader and 3-year Million Dollar Round Table member (a designation given to less than 1 percent of the world's best life insurance and financial services professionals). Her mission is to educate parents on the ever changing laws and strategies that are important to financial aid while helping them maintain a healthy retirement portfolio. Denise is an approved member of the NEB - National Ethics Bureau and a member of the Advisory Board for Personalized Brokerage Services. She has served as Treasurer of her local chapter of American Business Women's Association and is a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors), and a member of AHIA (Association of Health Insurance Advisors). She has two grown children and resides in Dartmouth.

Heather L. Bruce, College Funding Advisor Heather joined Denise J. Boisvert and Associates in 2003 as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2005, she earned her Massachusetts Life Insurance Producer's license and became a College Funding Advisor with Education Funding Solutions.
